Inception
Assurance QCA's founder began his career performing QC infrastructure work in NY during the attacks of 9/11. Clients included PANYNJ (WTC, airports etc) NYSDOT(bridges) and MTA (tunnels)
Regional Expansion
Founder progressed from a single-state QCA administrator to remotely serving construction and engineering clients across the North and Southeast regions.
Industry Accreditations
Achieved formal certifications under multiple industry QC frameworks (i.e. CCM; NICET; CQM; SSHO; ACI; ICC; OSHA-30, etc)

Richard Walker
Founder & Principal QCA Manager
Richard founded Assurance QCA LLC after 20 years as a field engineer and QC manager on major infrastructure projects. He is a Certified Construction Manager and holds numerous certs for NICET, CQM, OSHA, etc.
Diana Reyes
Director of Compliance Auditing
Diana brings 14 years of compliance and audit experience across commercial and government construction. She leads all audit engagements and QC program development.
James Okafor
Senior Field Inspector
James is a certified special inspector with expertise in structural steel, concrete, and MEP systems. He is ICC, NICET and OSHA-30 certified for site safety inspection programs.
